checkout as guest email bug

checkout as guest users are not getting any ''place new order'' email or ''order success'' email, even converted user to ''Active'' from ''checkout as guest'' list then gone on orders, from drop down selected email template ''sent order success email'' to customer but still ''MAIL'' tab is shown blank! some guest users emails are STUCK on scheduled mail screen and they are Never sent even clicked on send mail many times but always there!!! Please look into this issue carefully and fix bug. Thank you
