APi order not sent Invalid IP Request

APi order 8605xxxxxxxxxxx not sent , due to Invalid IP Request on your Other Fusion x xxxxxxxx.com Order will try to send again after next 6 hour? why this error comes up? if IP is really invalid then why I am still able to sync API but no error is shown, what is the error related to if its not affecting API sync? Please look into this and fix as orders are sitting over 6hours but not sent to API as this error is keep appearing!!! Thanks
